Man Appears In Court Holding Own Bowels
TO Zimbabwe, where Boas Chiwanza is stood in the dock with his bowels in his hands.
Chiwanza, a suspected bike thief, was shot by police. He weas kep in remand for two months with his wound open.
In court, Justice Yunus Omerjee sees the accused and orders him to removed to hospital. Says he:
“He should be urgently treated for his protruding intestines and to be held at such hospital for that purpose. This court should be advised as to compliance with the form of this court order by relevant authorities.”
