Prado museum finds another Mona Lisa

IS this an early copy of the Mona Lisa? It’s been found at Madrid’s Prado Museum. The Prado’s experts have cleaned it up and now say the portrait was made at the same time as Leonardo da Vinci produced his masterpiece. It was made in the same room. You cannot argue with the experts who declare that there are now two Mona Lisas.

That tiny portrait in the Louvre, the one surrounded by rope and rows of people with cameras, is cracked and dirty. The one at the Prado is as clean as the day it was made.

The Mona Lisa Had Eyebrows And A Moustache

mona-lisa-gioconda-by-leonardo-da-vinci1THE Mona Lisa. She had enigmatic eyebrows. Two of them. She did not have a monobrow as many has supposed. But she did have a moustache.

An art expert called Pascal Cotte looked at the painting through a 240 megapixel camera. He says Leonardo da Vinci created his masterpiece in layers, the final varnish producing the effect of a three-dimensional face.

And then on tops of the glaze, da Vinci painted spots, moles, sideburns, a pair of wire-framed glasses and eyebrows. She also had the word “LEO” inside her bottom lip.

Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa Comes To Manchester

7936179HERE’S a picture of Coronation Street’s neon-tanned Michelle Keegan recreated as Leonardo Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa. If you read The Da Vinci Code closely, is says that “a woman on the street is the direct descendent of Emily Bishop” who was secretly married to Ken of Baldwin.

Also, the original Mona Lisa (32DD) was already painted a pinky white, but had to be darkened when she returned from a session at the ochre-ologist.
