Moustache transplants give men ‘the air of a tiger’

“HAVING a moustache was always a big thing, ever since the Ottoman time. Most Arab leaders have moostache, or some form of facial hair. I think culturally it suggests masculinity, wisdom and experience.”So says one Saudi Arabia-based journalist about the fashion for moustache transplants.

Dr Selhattin Tulunay runs a moustache-replacement service in Istanbul. He performs 50 to 60 mouschache transplants a month.

“For some men who look young and junior, they think (a moustache) is a must to look senior… more professional and wise. They think it is prestigious. They have some celebrities as role models, like Turkish singer and actor Ibrahim Tatlises. Politicians think a moustanche will boost their appeal to voters.”

Malik Ameer Muhammad Afridi’s infidel moushache defies the Islamists

TO PESHAWAR, where Malik Ameer Muhammad Afridi is talking though the hairy lip. Afridi is the owner of a 30-inch long moustache. Islamist group Lashkar-e-Islami noticed it. Despite the crescents, they said it was un-Islamic and ordered it to be removed.

Says Afridi:

“It was the summer of 2008, when members of the LeI arrested me and took me to a religious scholar who declared the moustache un-Islamic and ordered it to be shaved.”

Gloucestershire Horse Has Biggest Moustache In The World

AND the horse with the biggest moustache is….ALFIE!

The 15-year-old shire cross of Bitton, Gloucestershire has a seven-inch long moustache. Says Stable Manager Hayley Coxteth, 20:

”He is a very headstrong horse and is very proud of his moustache. He is a real character.”

Japan Rugby’s Ryohei Yamanaka Fails Drugs Test For Trying To Grow A Moustache (Photos)

PITY Ryohei Yamanaka, a 22-year-old fly-half for the Japan national rugby union team. He says he attempted to grow a moustache by rubbing an unguent on his upper lip. Problem is that the cream contained a banned steroid. When Yamanka was drugs tested, he failed.

IS CHARLIE Sheen such a master of disguise that he has been pretending to be Tiger Woods, Jude Law, Roseanne Barr and Jesse James to cheat on his wife Brooke Mueller and get away with it?  In Touch Weekly links Charlie Sheen to escort  Angelina Tracy. Evidence was Sheen leaving Tracy’s home in the disguise you see to the left.

Sheen denies it:

“The woman in question is the sister of one of Sheen’s campmates and Sheen was only responding to a 12th-step call. Since Sheen knew he was being followed and how this would look, he wore the moustache in a tongue-in-cheek disguise gesture.”
