Leonardo DiCaprio Is A Green Knut
KNUT has his own website. And now the polar bear abandoned by his mother at Berlin zoo has a celebrity best friend in Leonardo DiCaprio.
Knut and DiCaprio are on the cover of Vanity Fair magazine. As the glossy says: “Such ecological concerns are familiar to actor and environmental activist Leonardo DiCaprio, so it seemed natural to pair these two handsome boys on Annie Leibovitz’s cover for this year’s Green Issue.”
Germany’s environment minister, Sigmar Gabriel, tells us: ”Knut is in safe hands here, but worldwide, polar bears are in danger, and if Knut can help the cause, then that is a good thing.” Gabriel then tickled the cub’s chin.
