Madeleine McCann: In Argentina And Balloons
REMEBER that phone call that was of no importance, the one from a caller saying he knows where Madeleine McCann is? Well, now the Times tells us:
The mystery call that police believe may contain “credible” information on the disappearance of Madeleine McCann has been traced to a mobile telephone registered in Argentina.
Detectives hope that the caller may hold the clue to the whereabouts of the four-year-old, who was abducted from the bed of her Algarve holiday apartment 37 days ago.
Kate and Gerry McCann still hope contact can be re-established before tomorrow when they travel to Morocco in the final of a series of visits to raise awareness of their daughter’s disappearance. They will then remain in Portugal, co-ordinating the search for Madeleine.
Did the McCanns not want the media to now about it? Gerry McCann said this call “turned out to be nothing of interest”. Anorak wondered: “Of course, he could be bluffing, keeping it low-key to not scare off this mystery caller. Better to keep the media out of it, lest they provide too much heat and not enough light.”
Ah, yes the media. Over in the Sun:

They released 1,000 special yellow balloons from Praia da Luz, where their four-year-old was snatched 37 days ago.

Makes you wonder who is setting the agenda on this horrible story - the criminals or the Sun?

What is the purpose of releasing all those balloons? When they deflate or burst the latex harms our environment.

Yes, the balloons could create a bio-hazard…hahaha.
If other peoples’ efforts to find Madeline safe and well, work, then so be it, launch balloons or whatever…

Maybe I’m way off base here, but what if Madeleine was, in fact, abducted for child pornography purposes? Wouldn’t it make more sense to target that community, as well? Banners on alternative porn sites, the adult entertainment industry, etc…? I doubt kiddie porn fans are sitting on their window sills waiting for yellow balloons to land in their gardens.

poor little girl, i think this little girl had beened hurt already.. i still believe her parents is to blame for. they should be the one going throw everything she is now… i just hope im wrong of thinking a pedo ring is involved but is to long and no news of her. And only this sick people are put to dead intead jail time . probably they think before hurting this inocence childrens. but i know they will pay …. i believe there is a GOD .he said those who dare hurt this little angel would regreat being born.. all pedo out there, you will paid for all the hurt and suffering you had done to this childrens. you wont live forever. GOD words wont go in vain…

I think we should not waste time blaming the parents and use our energies to sending these pictures out to any all of those on our contact lists. I can imagine the parents are going through their own horrible torment so what is said against them could only hinder their efforts.
The probability of further harm coming to Madeleine is greater if efforts focused in the community where the call supposedly came from. In my opinion anyway. Maybe I watched too much TV years ago.
I do agree with Myra however, that whomever can do such a thing to children must be hung out to dry.

I also agree with Myra, Madeleine has already going through terrible thing ( I hope this is not the case) but to many days have gone bye, there are so many sick people out there that dont care and get off on this… shame shame on all of you’s that takes an childs innocents away from them…Blaming the perants they where wrong to leave the kids bye there self but its to late its done focus on Madeleine and other lost children. releasing balloons is this really going to help? It breaks my heart that there is no real news on Madeleine i hope there is soon…To the person or persons that have Madeleine please let her go home let her be back with her family let her night mare be over…I HOPE YOUR SAFE MADELEINE……..

Because releasing balloons is the most environmentally-friendly way of finding a person. If finding one child means speeding up the destruction of the world and killing thousands in doing so, so be it - where can I get a balloon?
