Boris Johnson For London Mayor Maybe Sort Of Maybe

BORIS Johnson, Tory MP, will stand for London mayor. At least that’s what it says on Conservative home.

Boris Johnson, the Tory MP, has decided he will run as a candidate in the London mayoral contest.An announcement from Mr Johnson, which could come as early as today, will electrify the race and pose the most serious challenge to Ken Livingstone’s hopes of winning a third term.

But he’s only “likely” to run here.

Which makes a change from when he was “definitely not a candidate” last week.

Decisions, Decisions. Decisions.

(I’d vote for him over that tosspot Livingstone.)
