There should be a law against random torcher like this. Some people's hearts can't take this sort of trauma. Could americans vote out the use of taser guns? I like the idea that if you are going to cause pain to someone you need to feel some of it as well.

Brilliant isn't it? Egypt, Syria, Sadam's Iraq use electricity so the victims body contorts with immense pain and muscle spasm and it's called torture. Western police forces do the same and it is is a hi-tec civilised form of restraint.

This is the new face of police brutality. If they hit a suspect it is assault. Now the sickos in uniform can taser the suspect - which remember causes incredible pain - preferably after they are in handcuffs (heckler Al Gore speech), and they won't get charged with assault, brilliant! You jam two sharp needles into someones body and shock them so they fall to the ground uncontrollably, possibly impacting with a kerb or other hard object, send a huge voltage through them such that their muscles can tear near fatally, then repeatedly shock them even though they are incapacitated (woman driver in Miami) and it is Ok, it's not assault.

The taser should be modified so it gives the operator a nasty shock as well, then they might only be used when really necessary.
