Prince Harry And Jon Snow’s Enigma

PRINCE Harry and media padre Jon Snow’s reaction to news that young Baseball Cap was fighting in Afghanistan:

A question I’d like to put to Jon Snow, the chief news reader of Channel 4 news and usually a fairly cool-headed fellow, is whether he would have complied with any wartime requests to keep the Enigma achievement a secret, had he been a working journalist in the 1940s. Judging by his antics over the Prince Harry and Afghanistan episode, the answer to that question would be a no.

Anyone else like Snow to be sent to the frontline..?

Where do I start, lots of politicians as well- he can interview them

Stupid Jon Snow. I wonder what he’d say if it was The Sun that scooped it? Yet another tabloid invasion of privacy??? Maybe?

It’s not in the public interest to know where Harry’s deployed - what would it change? We know he’s in the Army, we know we’re at war - it’s nothing but celebrity gossip.

Jon Snow is perfectly correct. The Harry BBC news blackout/colusion public relations stunt - How can people believe anything on the BBC? I certainly do not. Why indulge Prince Harold if he is a danger to troops serving ? It is very very simple. They should have explained to Harry that the army is not a thrillseeking adventure holiday for young princes or for aiding him in his ambition to kill someone and he therefore cannot go to war. Why indulge him? This story highlights something far far wrong in British society and should simply disgust anyone with a thinking mind and an ounce of moral fibre.

And war is hell Harry… take that from someone who has served. Not the best fun I ever had unlike yourself. Of course, I wasn’t taking part in a sick publicity stunt.
