- I’m always surprised Anorak attracts so few fanatics of one persuasion or another. Unless they’re mostly caught in the spam filter.

I am struck the fact so many religious people are filled with such hate, loathing and viciousness to what they consider their opposite number in faith.
Do you really consider that your God is so weak that he has to be defended by you.? “How Blasphemous? Does anybody who thinks the creator of the universe honestly can’t fight his own battles? Surely as mortal beings we should be reaching out with kindness, love and compassion and not with hate, vile spite and murderous intention.

A pure and Holy God, forever merciful and forgiving, longing for mankind to turn away from sin because they love him from their heart not by ritual.
also do you speak to this God who you love in your own language - or do you speak your prayer only in Arabic- who declared that God’s only tongue worthy for God to listen to?
God loves us - he wants to hear us say we love him in our own language- not a formula written by someone who declared himself God’s spokesman. Therefore cutting any one else off who does not speak the said language.
God willing that you will seek your own relationship with the living, loving and holy God who longs to gather us under his wings and save us all.
