“If you are asking me did we do anything wrong or unreasonable then I don’t think we did.”
Jean Charles de Menezes was guilty of living in the same block of flats as 7/7 bomber Hussain Osman.
Who can argue with Ms Dick’s statement that he deserved to die?

AN ISLAMIST rebel administration in Somalia ordered that a girl, 13, be stoned to death for adultery after the child’s father reported that she was raped by three men. Amnesty International said the al-Shabab militia, which controls the city of Kismayo, arranged for 50 men to stone Aisha Ibrahim Duhulow in front of about 1000 spectators.

So while the Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice can be easily criticized for many of the lunacies they commit, Amal Zahid chooses to take a bird’s eye view by asking: what’s the point of virtue if it is forcibly imposed on people? As she correctly notes, this only reinforces the hypocrisy that has become so common and even acceptable in this country. It seems that it is no longer weird or frowned upon to see many Saudis who lead a double life: religious, conservative and conformist on the outside; another one that is wild and extreme when they are away from the watchful eye of society.

Sarah Palin’s BBC Jihad In London
JIHAD Makdissi, of the Syrian Embassy in London, accuses US forces of carrying out a raid inside its territory near the border with Iraq.
The Syrian foreign ministry says eight civilians were killed in the attack.
Jihad Makdissi says this is an outrageous crime and an act of aggression. The BBC reports the matter but makes no mention to the irony that the man complaining of aggression is called Jihad.
