Vote Kerry

‘SHE’S tried being a pop star; she’s tried being the wife of a pop star; so, where next for the generously-chested Kerry Katona?

The first signs of hyperinflation

Of course, she’s still got her journalism, offering wise counsel to the readers of OK! magazine in her role as ”superstar columnist”.

But do we detect in this week’s scribblings the first tentative steps down the path trodden by the likes of Boris Johnson and Michael Gove towards a career in politics?

Of course, Kerry is at pains to deny it – but that doesn’t stop her outlining her eye-catching manifesto.

”I have to admit I wouldn’t fancy becoming an MP in a million years,” she says. ”But if I became Prime Minister the first thing I would do would be to abolish taxes – completely!”

With such a stunning grasp on the complexities of fiscal policy, Kerry’s path to Downing Street looks to be a smooth one.

After all, who knows more about controlling inflation than a woman with two zeppelins for a chest?

And as for a low rate of interest, well, Kerry is certainly no stranger to that…’
