The 9/11 Commemorative Silver Coin

by | 25th, July 2008

HEY folks, September 11 is coming up faster than a jihadi in a 747. It’s a sad day for Amerika (drops head; wipes tear; grits teeth) but you can restore pride in the US of A with this commemorative medal-sized coin:

The National Collector’s Mint makes history with the release of this Government Authorized Non-circulating Liberian legal tender September 11th commemorative. This $20 Silver Leaf Coin-Certificate is payable like a silver certificate in coin-of-the-realm.

And why $20? Because 9 plus 11 equals:

This Coin-Certificate displays a standard $20 denomination on one side. But on the other side, it’s the first time ever that two separate denominations have been used to add up to the full $20 face value – it uses 9 and 11 to commemorate the 7th anniversary of the World Trade Center tragedy.

And, at no extra cost to you, nor your country:

Each 2008 September 11th Silver Leaf Coin-Certificate comes with a Certificate of Authenticity confirming it’s non-circulating Liberian legal tender currency, struck in .999 pure silver leaf. Each is individually numbered. Earliest orders get the lowest registration numbers.

Number 911 wins a signature of the 911th person murdered on 9/11…

God bless America…
