Not Forgetting To Phil Up On The Dementia Tsar

by | 26th, December 2008

THE Government’s dementia ‘tsar’ is called Phil Hope.

Mr Hope says he must remember to Phil up his car with petrol and hopes he remembers the shopping.
The Daily Mail makes more notes:

Mr Hope, who praised the Daily Mail’s Christmas appeal for the Alzheimer’s Society which has so far raised £93,000, will launch the National Dementia Strategy next month. But he told the Daily Mail that it will concentrate on identifying the two out of three sufferers currently being failed by the system.

Once the three in four bags of shopping are replaced in the boot, I’m Tsar Nicolas, you know – Charge!!! – will read his copy of the Daily Mail and commend the genius chap who is going to rule dementia with an iron fist.

To facilitate the movement, the Mail will repeating the same news every day until kingdom come, his will be done and so say all of us…
