THE scenario: Hearts lost 1-0 at home to Falkirk in the Scottish Cup on Saturday. The ref, a certain Dougie McDonald, failed to award a nailed-on penalty to Hearts, a decision that prompted one poor Hearts fan to phone a local radio station…
