JADE Goody: Anorak’s at-a-glance look at Jade Goody’s post-reality career, with Jade’s secret baby, Jade’s flower and Jack’s Ode To Jade…

Daily Star: “JADE’S SECRET BABY AGONY”

“She cradled our tot in her arms” Jack reveals all

There’s Jade and there’s Jack and there’s a baby in her arms….

GRIEVEING Jack Tweed told last night how Jade Goody sealed their love before she died by cradling their “imaginary baby”. He told OK! magazine: “Jade cradled our imaginary baby before she died.”

What’s it called? Jadack? Clifford? Opportunity..?

Jack is desperate to ensure Jade is not forgotten. He added: “I keep my bedroom window open for her to come home.”

And a pal revealed: “He’s just a young lad who’s been through a tremendous amount. Jack loves Jade’s boys as his own but she was desperate to have a baby with him. But it was not going to happen. So she joked about their imaginary baby and used to hug it in her sick bed. It was a comfort. It made her feel she was sealing the marriage.”

The christening will be in next week’s OK!.

Daily Mirror: “EXCLUSIVE Jack will read his tribute at funeral”

Jack Tweed has written a heartfelt poem about Jade Goody which he will read out at her funeral. Friends say he has put his heart and soul into the touching tribute to his wife and has been practising it nonstop.

Nonstop.

Jade Goody
You weren’t no hoody
You were a proper mum
Not a poppadom

Touching. Touched:

A source said: “He wants Jade to be proud of him. He’s not brilliant with words so the thought of standing in front of hundreds of people is quite nerve-wracking. But he’s delighted with it and hopes Jade will like it when she listens down from heaven. There won’t be a dry eye in the house. Jack has given this his all. It will be very special indeed.”

Jack, 21, will also fulfil one of 27-year-old Jade’s dying wishes by being a pallbearer.

Thousands of people are expected to line the streets for Saturday’s funeral. Jade’s coffin will be carried in a vintage Rolls-Royce, with a massive GOODY floral tribute on the top of the car. Other wreaths will be in the shape of a camera, a newspaper and a perfume bottle.

Also look out for a kebab, a copy of OK! and “Buy My Book”.

The Sun: “Jack will read ode for Jade at funeral”

He is believed to have adapted several funeral poems to form a personal tribute to Jade, 27.

A pal said: “It will be a complete tear-jerker and there won’t be a dry eye in the church. Jack knows thousands of people have been affected by Jade’s death and he wants his words to reflect that.”

The ode entitled If Only will lament how the pair’s love was cut short by cancer and how Jack wishes Jade had lived.

One line reads: “If only tears could build a stairway and heartaches make a lane we would walk the path to heaven and bring you back again.”

Second Stanza:

The Sun and Star come out for you
You never went away
With matching wings, shoes and harp
You’re on the cover of OK!

The Sun: “Our Flower For Jade”

Today we present the Tree Paeony Jade to grace gardens nationwide. Every one of the 7,000 available that is sold will raise £5 for Macmillan Cancer Support.

This lovely plant — Paeonia suffruticosa Jade to give it its full Latin name — has dinner plate-size, frilly, full-petalled fragrant flowers in May and jade green leaves through the summer.

The blooms are larger than life and truly eye-catching. Get one of these flowering in a garden and they will attract a crowd — just as Jade used to do.

The plant has woody stems, is a hardy perennial, grows to 4ft 6in and can be pruned back after flowering should it get too tall. It can be grown in most garden soils, in full sun or partial shade.

Can be fed by flashlights.

Jade Goody – no peace yet…
