Armless Man Arrested For Driving With No Hands

IN Jimo, Shandong province, China, Liu is being cautioned by police for driving his motorbike with no hands nor arms – literally.
The Qilu Evening Post reports that Liu, 27, lost both arms at the age of seven after an electric shock and was duly sent to join a circus to make sense of his life.
It was there that he learnt to ride a motorcycle without arms.
Says police officer Xhang Jie:
“I spotted from a distance that the motorbike had three adults on but we were all stunned by what we saw when we got closer.”
Liu also had no license. He then promised police that he would not ride motorbikes again. he is now lookigbn fora spare hand, or foot…
