Stag Night Stripper Accused Of Accidentally Raping Best Man
STRIPPER Linda Maree Naggs, 40, argues that the rape of the best man at a Stage night party was an accident.
The alleged victim was naked and on his hands and knees – “with all his bits on show” – in the Melbourne suburb of Mornington when, allegedly, the stripper approached with a “statuesque” pink sex toy.
The Victorian County Court hears that the alleged victim agreed to take part in the routine but only if Naggs did not insert the phallus. But the toy did enter the alleged victim. He later showed Naggs blood he had wiped from his backside.
Ms Naggs’ lawyer Paul Higham holds up the dildo to the jury, and commends to their attention its “statuesque nature”.
“This is the tool that apparently was used to commit the rape. The facts of which are quite unique. Certainly, I think we all agree extraordinary. This is a case of accidental rape, if in fact there is one.”
Mr Higham takes us to the scene.
“He then got down on all fours, if I can use the expression ‘doggie style’. Don’t worry, there aren’t going to be any demonstrations in His Honour’s court.”
Ms Naggs, of – get this – Rosebud West, pleads not guilty to one count of rape.
