The court rules that Michael Jackson’s mother Katherine will become the permanent guardian of the Jackson Three – Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and seven-year-old Prince Michael II.
Such is the talent of Debbie Rowe, mother to at last two of the children,that Katherine Jackson looks like the sensible choice.
Rowe gets to visit the two oldest children and will continue to receive “spousal support payments”.
Katherine Jackson, says Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff, will receive a monthly allowance from Michael Jackson’s estate.
The Jackson Three also get a monthly allowance.
