In “Our 18-month-old baby is pregnant” Kang Mangru has amazed her parents after doctors revealed she is carrying her unborn twin.

Kang was found abandoned in a field in China. Famer Wang found her and took her home. Wang and her husband Kang Xiqing fostered Mangru. And the stomach started to swell.
Unsurprisingly, Mangru is teased by other children. But, more surprisingly she is called “Golliwog.”
