2009 Turner Prize Sponsored By The Argos Catalogue, In Pictures

THE four artists nominated for the Turner Prize 2009 are Enrico David, Roger Hiorns, Lucy Skaer and Richard Wright.
One of them – possibly the one with most conventionally unconventional art work – will win. The advice is, as ever, for artists to create an art that can be used as something practical after the show, like a bed or a light switch.
An ‘edgy’ design will enable the artist to repackage their work as an invention for the Innovations and Argos Christmas catalogues.
