But the game was memorable for two things. When then Chelsea player Dennis Wise sat his son in the FA Cup he not only destroyed the prestige of the famous old trophy but set Chelsea on a path of mawkishness. The modern Chelsea player is to the hug and the tear what the modern Chelsea fan is to the organic hummus salad.
