MANCHESTER United thrash Wigan Athletic 5-0 in the Premier League and we are reminded once more that the division is not the best league in the world – it just features a few sides that are much better than the rest. To win the league you need to finish above Man United and Chelsea – the biggest team, and the team with the multi-billionaire backer, respectively. Man City now have very rich backers so look out for them winning things soon. The Premier Leauge – it’s all about oil.
