Boris Johnson’s Rhythm Of London Busking Underground Show 2010

by | 9th, March 2010

LONDON Mayor Boris Johnson kicked off the Rhythm of London Busking Underground competition by playing a guitar at London Bridge station. Boris looked the part as he shambled up in his anorak with the whiff of last night’s Balti about him. The shaggy hair and look of man who has now gone round the Circle Line twice but keeps forgetting where he’s going put the tin lid on the authentic look of Tube dweller.

Of course, the winners, like last year’s will be clean, neat and personable. They won’t be the tatty Sylvester Cat in Bond Street Tube, Edgware’s Mr Kazoo nor The Old Street Ektara.

Look out for Eoghon Quigg’s move to London…
