Daily Express Bemoans Repeats On BBC: Reader Dies From Irony

THE Daily Express is outraged – just foaming at the chops – that the BBC broadcast 530 days of repeats in a single year. There are only 365 days in a year, typically, so the Express’ sums might not stack up.

It turns out that if you add up all the hours of repeats on the magic box the total is 12,724.

Yes, readers you’d need more repeats to keep up with the shows you could not possibly have seen. Or get a recordable DVD or Sky Plus box. But why should you when you are forced to pay the licence fee?
