by | 29th, April 2010

JOAN Higgins was at Manchester’s Minshall Street Crown Court with her son Mark. It was he who had sold a teenager a goldfish at his mother’s Major Pets in Sale. Trafford Council had used the 15-year-old boy to make a test purchase of the goldfish. (The Mail said he was 14.)
