IF like Stephen Griffiths, the Crossbow Cannibal who, allegedly, left victims’ remains behind, or Derrick Bird,  you live in a world where fantasy blends with reality you will warm to the story that Lady GaGa is pretending to be killed and eaten on stage.

Or, as the Sun puts it, she was eaten alive “in front of thousands of schoolkids”.

The Star tells its readers just how big a deal this is:

No, not mums’. Mum’s.

Derrick Bird: The Evil Twin Theory (Pictures)

To the MEN Arena in Manchester, where GaGa “strutted in a low-cut basque” as a dancer “bit into her neck, sending fake blood gushing down her chest”. Lady GaGa than “writhed in the gore before slumping down in a death pose”.

The softer parts were then chopped up into mince meats and served as burgers to the fans, and the left overs that could not be made into soup tossed into the River Aire. It’s some act. Lady GaGa gives her all.

But it’s not all that original:

It came days after so-called Crossbow Cannibal Stephen Griffiths was charged with murdering three prostitutes in Bradford, West Yorks. And on the same day, crazed cabbie Derrick Bird shot dead 12 people in Cumbria.

How’s that for being upstaged, Lady GaGa? Maybe Bird and Griffiths triggered Lady GaGa’s madness?

Stephen Griffiths: Bodies Found In The Gutters

A woman called Lydia Haines pop up:

“I’m a huge fan but was shocked like everyone else. It was sick, especially after what happened in Bradford and Cumbria. It was just over the top and gory.”

And a words to the kids belonging to Lynn Costello, of Mothers Against Violence:

“I wouldn’t let any child of mine go to see Lady GaGa.”

Tough break, kids. Maybe you can lie to mum – tell her you’re going to a knife sharpening class?

Anyhow, to prove just how horrific it is the Sun produces a big colour picture of Lady Gaga dripping in blood. And with that the stories of Griffiths, Bird and Gaga are linked. Job done.
