PETER Andre is the Bounty Celebrity Dad of the Year. He was crowned the king of toilet tissues, baby wipes and vomit bibs clubs at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in London.  Pete kissed the award – a white chain plate embedded into a VHS tape.
