Avatar Is Now Even longer: Spoiler Alert

by | 8th, July 2010

HANDS up who wants to see a longer version of James Cameron’s Avatar flick? Rumours are it is to come with free DVDs of Escape To The Country Uncut; Lord’s Prayer Deliverance – a BBC3 show in which teenaged wannabe vicars read the Lord’s Prayer with emphasis on different words in the manner of Trevor McDonald reading THE news; and EastEnders.

The Press release:

On August 27, return to Pandora and re-experience James Cameron’s History-Making Epic film, with more than Eight Minutes of Never Before Seen Footage- exclusively in Digital 3D and IMAX® 3D. Since – and largely as of result of – AVATAR’s release last December, the number of available digital 3D screens has exploded, and moviegoers who missed experiencing the film in 3D, as well as fans that want to return to Pandora again, will now have that opportunity.

Spoiler alert: The missing eight minutes feature the hero sleeping and waking to find the 3D glasses have dug into his face and left a mark.
