by | 10th, August 2010

POLICE have started looking for the body of Suzie Lamplugh at disused Army Barracks in Norton, near Worcester, Worcestershire. The police were there in 2000. They found nothing.

In 1986, the 25-year-old estate agent disappeared in after leaving her offices in Fulham, west London, to meet a mystery client, a Mr Kipper.

She was officially declared dead in 1994.

The chief suspect was John Cannan (pictured). In April 1989, police interviewed Cannan, a convicted killer, whose prison nickname was Kipper. They find no evidence to link him to the case.

In December 1994, murderer Michael Sams, says he did it. Lamplugh’s family call it a “sick hoax”

In December 1999, Diana Lamplugh, Suzy’s mother, learns that her daughter’s remains could be at an abandoned army barracks at Norton, Worcestershire

A mere 11 years later, police go looking again…
