RUSSELL Brand has been arrested. Katy Perry, his lover, goes on Twitter:

Poor Katy Perry. There she was trying to hold a coffee, her BlackBerry AND car-keys when a sudden gust of wind threatened to give everyone a flash of her scanties.

And you thought Katy Perry had tamed bad boy Russell Brand.
Apparently not.
Brand was placed under citizen’s arrest by a paparazzo who, allgedly, got punched by the British actor, as Brand and fiance Katy Perry ran the press gauntlet after arriving for a flight.
LAX security released a statement saying:
“Airport Police took the suspect (that’s Brand) into custody for Penal Code Section 242 – battery. He will be booked at the LAPD Pacific Division station.”
Looks like Russell and Perry’s planned trip didn’t exactly get off the ground as planned.
Brand was released from custody after posting $20,000 (£12,800) bail.
