Polar Bear Washes Up On Bude Beach In Cornwall

by | 22nd, September 2010

GET a load of that polar bear washed up on the beach in Bude, Cornwall. It died looking for Nowhere Island or a decent mint, no doubt.

Newsreader Naomi Lloyd tells viewers in Devon and Cornwall on ITV’s West Country viewers that polar bears are not native to Cornwall but most often found in the Arctic circle.

“A walker in Cornwall has caught an extraordinary sight on camera. A polar bear has washed up on a beach near Bude. The bear comes from the Arctic Circle and an investigation is under way as to how it could have ended up there.”

Our money’s on the artists?

But it turns out that polies look a lot like cows. It’s a cow, readers. Cows are breeding with polies!
