Six Arrested For Burning Korans In Gateshead: Jacob Isom And God Are Missing
IN Gateshead, Northumbria, they are burning the Koran. Unlike Terry Jones, who claimed god told him not to do it, the British book burners revived no divine intervention.
(For those less enlightened than Pastor Jones, God sounds a lot like millions of people screaming: “What the fuck are you doing, you twat?!”)
Say the police:
“The arrests followed the burning of what are believed to have been two Korans in Gateshead on September 11. The incident was recorded and a video placed on the Internet.”
It’s on YouTube. You can see the video and hear the men, arrested for allegedly inciting racial hatred:
“September 11, International Burn a Koran Day. This is for the boys in Afghanistan.”
They then apparently pour petrol on two copies of the Koran and set them alight.
Where the hell is Jacob Isom when you need him:
