Dope Calls Police To Test His Marijuana’s Potency

LEGALISE marijuana and make the world a less challenging place for the 21-year-old Pennsylvanian who called the police to complain that the weed he’d bought was rubbish.
The police arrive and test the green stuff. They find that it’s not weed. The would-be doped is a dope.
Police says the fool could still face charges of possession of a counterfeit substance. Only it wasn’t – unless oregano is to be banned just as weed is all set to become legal in California?
Got to keep the police busy – or they start thinking for themselves…
