Lancashire Police Give Policeman £5000 For Wrongful Arrest

by | 28th, October 2010

Lund claimed that he was the victim of unlawful arrest and false imprisonment.

“Any civil claims that the force is involved in are private matters between the constabulary and the claimant.”
