POLE Spin magazine – “The International Pole Dance Fitness & Lifestyle Magazine” – is the organ police dancer have been looking for. The quarterly read is billed as “The 1st of its kind for the pole fitness industry.” Only. That honour goes to Pole2Pole is. It’s British. It’s pole dancing. And it’s now!
In it we learn that Beth Williams is the UK’s pro pole dancer; the top amateur is Lauren Raskir. The European No.1 is Germany’s Melanie Mosler. And the Champion of Champions is…Dutch pole climber Hanka Venselaar.
But rather than the sex, the magazines talk of fitness and health. Is pole dancing now no longer about exciting men but about making women fit? Is it to be an Olympic Sport, the beach volleyball the weather can’t ruin..? Photos NSFW:
