Burglars Throw Birthday Party, Use Dental Floss And Wash Dog In Man’s Home
“THERE was dog hair everywhere so I was like, ‘Somebody done wash the dog in my house!’ I just couldn’t believe it,” says Roderick Ward, of Newton County, Atlanta. In his kitchen, he found a birthday cake.
“They had brushed their teeth with the new toothbrush travel kit that I had with dental floss and everything and combed their hair.”
He called the police.
Lt. Mark Mitchell attended the crime scene:
“They just helped themselves to whatever he had at the residence to eat.”
Who are these felons who break into homes, wash dogs and throw birthday parties? Well, they might not be too hard to track down because they used Wad’s cameras to take photos of their do and left the film behind. Says he:
“I got the camera, and I started going through the camera and I see the pictures of the people who were in the house.”
He adds:
“Anything could have went bad. Somebody catches someone in your house, anything could have happened.”
Update: the intruders have been found. They live locally. Mr Ward has decided not to press charges.
