Leyton rapists, prostitute mutilators and Ched Evans fans – what’s wrong with men?

MEN. What’s the problem with men?

To Zimbabwe, where digitaljournal.com says a woman working as a prostitue was murdered with an electric cord and her eyes plucked out with a coat hanger.

I spoke to my colleague Kholi Buthelezi, who is the National Coordinator of the Sisonke Sex Workers Movement. She said there is a traditional belief that the image of the killer is imprinted on the eyes of a murder victim, hence the murderer stabbed her eyes to prevent himself from being identified

DNA reports that a husband tossed acid into his wife’s face because he suspected she was cheating on him.

Pakistani students Rizwan Ahmad, 24, and Hassan Siddique, 19, raped a woman they enticed off a night bus in London.

Snaresbrook Crown Court heard that the victim got on a bus to get home at around 1am in Tottenham Court Road but fell asleep. Ahmad was seen on CCTV sitting next to her and they got off together in Lea Bridge Road in Leyton when she realised she had missed her stop.

He then lied to her and said he would help find a taxi, but instead led her to an alleyway where Siddique joined them.

And then you read about Ched Evans and you see that not all of his fans are men -one woman calls a female rape victim a “whore”. Do some women enable the criminally minded male?
