Edinburgh fireworks display goes off all at once

FIREWORK displays can be lame. The tricky part is working out how to celebrate the failed attempt to blow up Parliament. One rocket at a time is not very authentic. Happily, in Edinburgh, things are improving. The official explanation is that a rogue rocket at the Pentland Community Centre display misfired and set off the rest of the fireworks. The word on the street is that it’s what Guy Fawkes would have wanted…
