ONE day after meeting in the flesh for the first time, Lesya Toumaniantz from Saransk, Russia, let her online pen-pal,  Belgian Ruslan Toumaniantz, tattoo his name over her face. Says Lesya:

“It’s a symbol of our eternal devotion. I’d like him to tattoo every inch of my body.”

You might recall that Toumaniantz is the man who tattooed a galaxy of stars on the face of 18-year-old Belgian, Kimberley Vlaeminck. Unhappy with looking like the Australian flag and Jonathan Ross’s bedpost, Kimberley then cooked up story that she’d fallen asleep whilst Ruslan had injected ink into her head.

A pal tells Radar Online:

“I know that there are people who are terrified that Lesya has made a rash decision that she’ll regret horribly, but sometimes the best decisions are the ones you make in an instant with your heart rather than the ones long-debated in your mind.”

Luckily for Lesya’s heart, it has no eyes to see to see what it’s done to that careful head…
