Blonde Angel Maria, 10 More Maddie McCanns And Hristos Salis And Eleftheria Dimopoulou ‘Just Do It’

THE blonde-haired, blue-eyed girl found living with swarthy Hristos Salis, 39, and Eleftheria Dimopoulou, 40, is ok. She’s in the care of the Greek State. The couple have been charged with abduction. They say the girl’s biological mother gave the child.

One of their lawyers, Constantinos Katsavos, told reporters outside court: “It was an adoption that was not exactly legal, but took place with the mother’s consent.”

But who is she? The Metro wants to know:

The Sun want us to look at Salis and Dimopoulo.

THE mystery blonde girl rescued from a gypsy camp sits with the couple who posed as her parents for years.

So much for their story.

As ever, a  blonde child is worth more than a dark one. Maria has been called The Blonde Angel by pretty much ever news organ. (The Dark Angel is Batman.)

Fair-haired Madeleine, then nearly four, went missing from a holiday apartment in Praia da Luz, Portugal, in May 2007. Paedophile Raymond Helwett — who lived in the area at the time but died in 2010 — insisted she had been “stolen to order” by gypsies.

Blond Ben vanished on the Greek island of Kos in 1991, aged just 21 months. Five years later a local convict claimed he saw a child matching his description in the Farsala camp where Maria was found — and said gypsies told him the boy came from Kos.

That would be Helwett who never did confess to anything. An – get this – it’s not been proven any gypsies have been stealing blond children.

What odd in the Sun’s “Meet The Parents” story is that we never get to meet them. We see the familiar picture of the slack-jawed man in his “Just Do It’ jumper and the solid-framed woman. That’s all.

But the Mail agrees: finding a blonde living with people not her parents gives hope to the McCanns.

Gypsies have taken “10 More Maddies”? Whoah. One step at a time, Daily Star. The is no proof they ever took one…
