Carlos Burle Rides World’s Biggest Wave: Photos

BRAZILIAN surfer Carlos Burle has ridden a huge wave at Praia do Norte, by the fishing village of Nazare on Portugal’s Atlantic coast. Surf media suggest it could be the biggest wave ever surfed. According to Guinness World Records, American Garret McNamara holds the record with a 78 feet wave surfed at the very same spot in Nazare in Nov. 1 2011.
