If Shaun Ryder Can’t Convince Us Of Alien Life Can Flava Flav?

ALIENS with spaceships have advanced brains and control technology we humans can’t even imagine. Which is why they chose to fly to planet Earth and hover over Shaun Ryder from the Happy Mondays. ‘Yes,’ thought Zogxxypt the Mega Brain from the planet C&JUUTB,’ if Shaun Ryder says he saw alien life and tells everyone else, the rest of humanity will believe him and accept us. Shaun Ryder is out best chance of success.’

Ryder’s vehicle for educating the rest of humanity is Shaun Ryder on UFOs:

Join us as we follow Shaun Ryder of the Happy Mondays as he embarks on an extra-terrestrial adventure, taking him from the mountains of Chile to the fields and forests of England.

Convinced from an early age that UFO’s exist after spotting one in the sky above his house in Salford, Shaun sets off on a quest to find out the truth. Along the way he scans more than just the sky, speaking to experts and witnesses, academics and abductees, sceptics and believers in an attempt to get to the bottom of their stories and separate fact from fantasy.

Ryder spoke to The Guardian about life from other planets:

He puffs hard on his electronic cigarette. No drugs these days for Ryder. He knows he can’t cope with them…

“Skies, stars, the moon landing – even as a six-year-old I was glued to that. So I’ve always been interested in that. And then when I had my first acid trip, did it open my brain even further? Of course it did…

His sentences become disjointed. “Well, all I’ll tell yous, right, is that I’ve seen one, really close up, about 50 foot above, and it looks like a cartoon. It doesn’t look real. It looks like it’s made out of Airfix kit. They look like toys. When you’ve seen something as close as I’ve seen – and bullshit drink, drugs, bollox, none of it, absolutely normal and straight – and you see it and you know they’re here … “

Tell me more, I say. “I can’t go into any more detail, apart from that it was literally 50 foot above me.” Did he have any contact with it? “No, no, but the thing is I wasn’t frightened one bit. I was very peaceful and placid when I was looking at the thing.” He says it happened after he finished making the documentary series.

And with that Zogxxypt the Mega Brain’s work is done. If Shaun Ryder from the Happy Mondays can’t convince earthlings of alien life, then there is only one thing for it: Flava Flav.
