THE Roane County Circuit Court calls former MD Kenneth Seen, 52, of Spencer, West Virginia. He is charged with placing his tongue inside the mouth of an elderly patient during an examination.

State Police say that the patient, a 77-year-old man then bit off a  “significant portion” of the doctor’s tongue.

The doctor says he’s innocent. He says the man with dementia and Parkinson’s disease grabbed his tongue and forced the incident at Roane General Hospital. The patient died died in October 2012. Police claim he was too immobilised to grab anything.

Roane County Circuit Judge Tom Evans finds against Seen, who said in his defence “Eye’ng Gthhhththhtht-tht-inncenth”.
