Police in Poland have investigated whether a Polish couple from Warsaw were involved in the kidnapping of the four-year old British girl Madeleine McCann in May 2007.

“Two days after the kidnapping, Portuguese authorities asked us for help looking for the missing girl. According to their information, a Polish married couple were staying in the same hotel as the McCanns at that time,” a source within the Polish state prosecutor’s office has revealed to tvp.info Internet service.

The source also told the service that Portuguese investigators wanted the Warsaw police to immediately search the Polish couple’s flat to look for any clues.
Search their flat… because they are Polish..?
“We could not agree to that, because the mere fact that they were staying at the same place was not enough evidence,” the source explained.
But they’re Polish…

If we lift the taboos from the sex trades I think that life will be much more difficult for the perpetrators of these despicable people. Paedophilia should be talked about in a more rational and public way - without enticing the Weirdy Men to debate too often.
Having done much research in the past twenty years or so - I think that because of the tribalism in estate-dwellings and living in each others pockets - it is safe to say that a great and enormous amount of paedy behaviour was driven underground - until the advent of the internet!!!
People are now able to access these heinous films much more easily than ever before - in the comfort of their own homes - whilst the wives and children are in bed.
This gives the paedies a power - which heretofore was a privilege of the classes that were on the outskirts of townships or closeted in their own personal private estates and farmsteads with ‘No Entry’ on their private gates.
There is a certain chemical imbalance in the brains - not just the minds of these particular people - and I hasten to add that it is not just MEN who are affected by this.
It will always be very difficult to accuse - with evidence and proof - that some of the most intelligent and fantastical minds are engaged in these activities on a daily basis.
Given that the most intellectual, artistic and philosophical minds in the Human race tend to rise to the top of society - like scum on a sunny pond - it would be absolutely correct to state quite categorically that this type of evil lies and resides in those very particular and elitist echelons as well as the archetypal paedies that are impressed upon us by the dailies - which means ……….. that we will never get to eradicate it from society - unless we stop elitism in all areas of the professions - judiciary included!
As with the Clannies case - no fucker is ever even questioned! Never mind booked and charged.
If ever paedophilia rears its head in the professional classes - there is an instantaneous cover-up response. To the point that even the various agencies do not dare to liaise with each other ie. LP and the PJ. The Church and the Social Services and police etc.

yampster - ages and ages ago, I mentioned that it was strange that specific mention was made to Kate removing the beads for Madeleines hair. This, I thought could have been connected to the “last photo” in which she is clearly wearing “beads” of some sort in her hair. I did wonder if the very specific mentioning of the removal of the beads could have been a way to stop any questioning about whether or not the beads were left in the hair at night time and whether there was a vague possibility that the beads were a possible senario for accidental choking - just a theory, nothing to substantiate it.

Jo, when those sites and rings are discovered by the authorities anywhere in the world great effort is undertaken to identify and find each child seen in a picture or video. So, if Maddie’s face is seen she will be identified and hopefully many other children will be who may be on those horrible pictures.
Look what happened over here, a ‘home made’ video of horrible abuse upon a young girl child was found and no way to find out who she was or the perpetrator was. The police broke the somewhat ‘golden rule’ of protecting a sex victim’s identity and went nationwide on TV and newspapers with the picture of the young child’s face begging the public’s help in identifying that young child. That is exactly how she was identified and found!

Has any light been shed on what was found at that barn many months ago? Was it just bollocks or was there a towel(blood stained?) etc uncovered by using the triangulation of cell phone calls? And the bag on the side of the road, what was the outcome of that?
Was anything mentioned in the files about these discoveries?

I don”t post much because really there is nothing new and I agree Coco about the Likes of John Buck being on the scene so quickly, three Family Lawyers being sent from the
U.K. within 48hrs. A Spokesman being appointed to give Press interviews while the
McCanns went jogging………..why such support baffles me. I read that Gerry is/was a
Fund Raiser for the Labour Party but even the Government would not get so involved
unless Gerry knew something which could have harmed either Tony or Gordon.

I am not familiar with anything like this in living history! There is nothing comparable to this. We can look at the indwxes and stock-markets and ethnic cleansing - but nothing is covered up to the extent that this case is.
Remember chaps that this has currently caused more resignations since Nixon. Why have so many top-flight ambassadors and coppers and even nannies been shipped out and boarded out elsewhere?
I believe that it’s only people like Mo al Fayed has a fucking clue about how frustrating this level of delaying and obstacling these tactics can be. (Saint Maria Nicholas - that’s a made-up Cocoism word!)
For Christ’s sake - we have only just started finding out that the Ministry of Defence is allowing our lads to have faulty equipment - from flack-jackets to helicopters!
M seems such a long way down the line at the moment!
Because Amaral is so determined to protect his team and retrieve his dignity - I am still very optimistic that this case is still going to attract attention.

I have had parents in front of me squirming when I mention the M case.
The facts are quite simply - that the Clan did not look after their kids properly. One kid disappeared because she was not under the watchful eye of an adult.
And the other parents didn’t give a flying fuck as to whether all the other kids had gone for a pyjama party or a picnic!
The fact is - that they didn’t even check their other kids. This tells me - and any other person on the Planet, that they knew their own kids were tucked up safely in bed - but that they had better go through the whole farce and charade of pretending to look for the one that had allegedly disappeared.
However - as we know - there wasn’t much searching by the Clannies!
Which kid in the whole wide World who was in a foreing place and possibly scared or hiding, would not perhaps have responded to the loving calls and screams of her own Mother?
I won’t go into the story again of my cockatiel that flew off many years ago. But I searched day and night for him - without sleep or proper food - and put ads in the papers and made an absolute fucking nuisance of myself traiping through neighbours gardens, shaking their bushes and trees and opening their garages and shed doors - without permission!!!
We got him back days later btw!

I havn”t seen anything , but interestingly, when Gerry was asked to produce a photo of
Madeleine for the Police, he said he had taken one from his camera and had it printed
in the OC camera shop. this was disputed because apparently the OC doesn”t print to
the particular size of the photo Gerry produced.
Also, the supposed 24 photos taken by a tourist showing the Tapas 9 in the background
could prove useful, if they exist. There is not one photo of the Tapas 9 taken in the
evening which the PJ found strange.

There was great excitement when the dogs detected blood in the apartment and also
the FSS found 15 out of 19 markers which again suggested Madeleine had been in the
car. Now the dogs evidence and the FSS has been discounted………why? These were
the two main pieces of evidence, so who do you think intervened? Also, the phone
calls were supposedly important, but the Portugese Court said they could not be used,
only the triangulations.
There was much spluttering by Clarence before Amaral”s book was published about
suing him and the Portugese Press for libel, gone very quiet now, the McCanns and
Clarence. I think the fact that he is now working for Freud communications, which
is headed by Matthew Freud, son-in-law of Rupert Murdoch is very significant. As I
said, the Fund is winding down, don”t forget tax is payable on the profits of NSU and
VAT, so the fund must retain sufficient to cover this liability.

I don’t think her body can be found, but it doesn’t mean nothing can be proved. If it can be proved some people are lying, if it can be proved some cells have been found in some places, if we learn something happened to the samples which usually never happens in a laboratory, if we learn that the laboratory changed its conclusions completely after a while, and if we learn why, if there is an extraordinary accumulation of lies and contradictions, and weird facts, well, it proves that some people don’t want the truth out, doesn’t it? Why would they fight it, if not for self protection?

I”m sure they have got something to hide, but unless Madeleine”s body is found (sadly,
I don”t beleive she is alive) nothing can be proved.
Note that when Mrs Fenn reported Madeleine crying on the night of 1st of May for over
an hour, the McCanns went out in the evening leaving their children alone on the 2nd and 3rd May……………unbelievable!!!!!!!! They apparently have no conscience and
have never accepted responsibility.

what I find puzzling is apparently Jez Wilkins was reluctant to return to Portugal for
the recon . Strange, when he has a child of his own, you would think he would be only too happy to take part .

I wish I could share your optimism. Ribiero apparently “turned a blind eye” to the
secondary investigation set up by the McCanns and when he said he thought the McCanns were made arguidos too soon he meant that in his opinion they should never have been made suspects.
You only have to look at the farcical “agents” the Fund has consistently paid vast sums
not to find Madeleine, the Government support, Media doffing one”s cap to the
McCanns to realise the extent of the McCanns immunity from conviction of even
neglect.

I tend to agree with you, except that the honour of the whole Portuguese nation has been wounded. Look at Amaral’s reaction. Maybe the whole country wants to know what happened on its soil. And maybe in the end, they will do all they can for the rest of the world not to forget.

This is what I found on EK, 22/07:2008 : (my translation)
Alipio Ribeiro, the ex head of the PJ, thinks that the case was archived with precipitation. He points out that the time needed to search a child can last several years. “Archiving with precipitation can harm the eventual solution, sometimes for ever… The case of a child disappearing cannot be closed because of a lack of proof, so early after the drama” Alipiero Ribeiro says in an article published by the Diario Economico. “The time needed for an investigation isn’t the same as for its announcement and mediatic remembrance, especially when it is about a child’s disappearance” Mr Ribeiro thinks. He resigned last May, “tired of the mediatisation of his job”. He ends the interview by stating that “maybe it would have been wiser to suspend the statute of the suspects, and, in a certain context, to follow on with the investigation”.
So, that may be encouraging.

Evening all
I don”t post much these days because there is so little happening and at the risk of
infuriating Jo, here”s what I think:-
1 The recent reporting on extracts from Kate”s Diary was deliberately done to test
public reaction with a view to asking the public for more donations.
2. It back-fired because the “comments ” were very anti-Kate, so the Fund will soon
be wound up.
3 The McCanns will go to live abroad because there will always be that stigma in the
U.K. on whether they are gulty of more than negligence.
4 There will be no new evidence and the case will always remain a mystery.
5 With the impending economic meltdown, we will soon be responding to new
threads concerning the effects.
6. Sadly, justice for madeleine will not be seen to be done.

It would have taken them up to end of october mid november to read them and pronounce themselves……its a mess

The fact that it has been put on a back-burner is an enormous message to the World!
It says ………… ‘We are no longer in the mood to dance to the UK and Clanny tunes and versions of events - therefore we will not be actively pursuing the case - unless we come across some information that helps us to nail the perpetrators of this heinous crime in such a way that the Extra Fabulous Team of Exradition Lawyers don’t have a leg to stand on.’
