Health And Safety Bans Floats From Swimming Pool
HEALTH & Safety headline of the day: “Prudhoe pool bans floats for health & safety.”
A SWIMMING pool has stopped issuing water wings and floats – for health and safety reasons.
The flotation aids are designed to keep children safe from drowning, but staff at Waterworld in Prudhoe have been told not to hand them out.
Bosses at North Country Leisure, which runs the Northumberland pool, said inflatables and floats could pass on infections.
As can children pass on bugs. And if a few can be culled, then it is surely for the common good…

PMSL, this is my local pool. I’m going to go now this weekend and hand out floatation devices like some an evil anarchist rebel

So what bugs are these kids nowadays actually carrying that can’t die in the solutions and chlorine they already have in the pool?
We could do with finding out what sort of cleaning fluids they use in Portugal - coz they seem pretty bloody destructive!

Find the official who made the decision, tie them hand and foot, and push them in the deep end as a public service experiment. If they die from an infection before drowning, apologise to his/her stupid corpse.

Drowning is not only OK, it is a required module in the H&S GCSE

Ah yes, nasty bug ridden creatures these children.
When I was 37 I caught a childhood disease that I had never had as a child. I got it from one of my children.
I ended up in the intensive care unit of our local hospital, thanks kids!
Luckily I survived relatively unscathed, now I’ve had it I assume I’m immune so I dont have to worry about the grandchildren.
But banning floatation devices???? So drowning is OK but dont pass on any illnesses???
Unbelievable….
