Madeleine McCann And Claudia Lawrence

MADDIE WATCH Anorak’s at-a-glance guide to press coverage of Madeleine McCann , Kate McCann and Gerry McCann Today we learn that Madeleine Mccan is linked to the disappearance of Claudia Lawrence…

Scarborough Evening News :

The family of missing Malton chef Claudia Lawrence will be going through “absolute hell”, the media advisor for Gerry and Kate McCann has said.

It takes an expert in PR to know that a missing person’s family will be suffering. Can we get a second opinion from Max Clifford?

Clarence Mitchell was speaking exactly two weeks after Miss Lawrence, 35, was last seen near her home in York after finishing work at the University of York’s Goodricke College.

He said he believed her family, led by her Malton solicitor father Peter Lawrence, was doing the right thing by ensuring her image reached as wide an audience as possible while the media spotlight was so focused on the case.

It’s standard stuff. Cruel and hackneyed. Grief. A Photo.

JM is reporting that Gerry is in Lisbon with some British reporters and an ITV production company to shoot a documentary. There’s also supposed to be a reconstruction.

    Should be interesting.

    Frist by the way. 🙂

Mr Mitchell told a radio station yesterday: “They’ll be going through absolute hell, I’m quite sure. Obviously I wish the family well and I hope Claudia is found safe and well very soon.”
But perhaps not TOO soon, otherwise I shall be out of a job again. A year or so would be OK.
And what is “Absolute Hell” ? How many other types are there ?

Did he contact them or did they contact him though? If they phoned him up, he can hardly say I don’t give a toss, can he?
