HECTOR Castro, 82, of Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey is alleged to have masturbated while frotting female customers in a Wal-Mart store check-out line. Castro has been arrested and charged with lewdness.
Castro may be doing what Castro does - he has form as a sex offender. But what of the Wal-Mart Effect?
What his defence will be can only be guessed at, but we wonder what part the Wal-Mart ambience played in his alleged perversion?
