Madeleine McCann’s Spokesman Clarence Mitchell Becomes Conservative Party’s Media Man
MADELEINE McCann – Anorak’s at-a-glance guide to press coverage of Madeleine McCann – AS reported on Anorak, the Conservative Party will hire Kate and Gerry McCann’s spokesman Clarence Mitchell to be their head of media monitoring for its general election campaign.
Incidentally, the McCanns recently met with David Cameron to ask him to help find their missing daughter. Good for them. But will Dave meet the parents of other missing children – or is Our Maddie now just a PR tool to connect with the tabloid-reading masses?
Mitchell will reporting directly to director of communications Andy Coulson. That’s Andy Coulson who can be read about here and here.
Mitchell, was the director of the Government’s media monitoring unit for two years (2005-2007).

There’s no bead in her hair, OH my goodness! quick search for the bead.
Percy, If one Dr G McCann is Minister for Blonde Children, is this with or without Portfolio? I think without, its something less to lose.
We know Westminster is crammed with nannies, oops I mean politicians, but do they have a secure creche where said BC can be left

Dead Ringer
Strikes a chord with me.

Not a bad try,for an old dog, AGW….how about this one?
“I am Not Maddie…I am Not Even a Natural Blonde” ?

That’s torn it. That photo will be all over the dark side as what Our Maddie could look like in 25 years.
Hang on……..
Is that shadow right on the left arm?

..maybe the Conservatives could employ Peter Sutcliffe as a consultant as well – that should do the trick….?
Jass – Cameron’s greatest flaw is that he hasn’t got a clue…. …about anything…
…and if anyone is a poodle, it’s him – on the other end of Ashcroft’s lead….

Precy?…frucking P-R-E-C-Y! .Anokrak, I have been posting comments on your site for what seems like a lifetime…and you can’t even be bothered to spell my name right!….To say I am insulted by your ignorance would be an understatement!
P.S. You design it for me and we will split any monies left over after we have donated a large proportion of the profits to charity..the McCanns….and the Conservative party..of course.
March 5th, 2010 at 9:13 am
….and maybe Minister McCann & the Conservativescould pass a new law through Parliament that states…all middle-class professional parents who go out on the lash and leave their children home alone are to be held unaccountable …if not…even… lionised.
March 5th, 2010 at 8:53 am
Precy – like it. Design one and we will push it for charity…
March 5th, 2010 at 8:33 am
….and if so would his first move be to introduce an “I am Not Maddie” i.d. card for all blonde girls WorldWide?…..sounds silly I know…but it could help clear up any confusion.

Does this now open the door for Cameron, should the Conservatives win power, to appoint Dr. Gerry McCann as the new Minister for Blonde Children ?

Another great advertisment for universal suffrage. One dickhead one vote

What were the Tories thinking of, employing Clarence “McCann Toady” Mitchell?
Do they not realise the potential implications?
He’ll lose them more votes than a hundred Ashcrofts put together.
They’ve just lost mine.

Proof that Cameron’s great flaw is that he has no common sense.
Only an idiot would use the universally-loathed and mistrusted McCann poodle Mitchell.
March 4th, 2010 at 8:29 pm
Great…..now that Jonah Mitchell’s on board they’ve no chance of winning the next election.
March 4th, 2010 at 8:21 pm
They deserve each other.
If Cameron can’t see the potential for embarrassment here he’s a bigger fool than I thought possible.
