MORE news of Scotland’s Cannabis war now as the National manager for Crimestoppers Scotland, one Kate Johnston, arrives at at Central Scotland Police HQ in Stirling to show off equipment used in cannabis cultivations. These are the the things you honest citizens must be on the look out for, such as buckets, lots of electric plugs and pictures of marijuana leaves on brown cardboard.
