Blackburn Sign Tells Drives To Go 40mph In 30mph Zone

SIGN of The Day goes to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council brains’ trust which has apologised for the “genuine mistake” in Sandy Lane, Blackburn, as the road approaches Pleasington. The road marking say 40mph, the sign says 30mph.
